Work garments are pulled, knelt in and washed hard, so we put bonding and seam sealing where they add strength and weather protection: stress points, pockets, reflective details and outer seams.
Taped outer seams keep rain out of jackets, bib pants and rain pants for outdoor and site work.
Bonded patches and panels at knees, elbows and pocket corners add strength where work garments wear through first.

From Specification to Bulk: How We Make Workwear and Uniforms
Specification Review
We review your tech pack, fabric weights and the conditions the garment works in, from outdoor sites to factory floors.
Material and Tape Trials
We test adhesives, seam tapes and reflective transfers on your fabric, from poly-cotton twill to coated waterproof fabrics.
Sample Development
We make and fit samples, adjusting reinforcement and seam construction for the job.
Durability Testing
Samples are tested for peel strength, seam strength and wash durability, and for water penetration on sealed garments.
Bulk Production
Uniform programs run in our Sri Lanka facility, with settings checked every two hours and peel tests on reinforcements and reflective tape.
